Kristi De Serpa began practicing law in 1994 and has represented clients in a wide variety of complex real estate transactions. Ms. De Serpa has substantial experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including leasing, sales, acquisitions and exchanges, financing and development. She has done leasing work for clients ranging from large institutional landlords, to small start-up tenants. She has represented buyers and sellers of all types of real estate assets, including office buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties and residential developments. She has also represented developers in the negotiation and restructuring of portfolio financing.
Ms. De Serpa began her career in the San Francisco and Oakland office of Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May, and subsequently worked in-house for a major national development company. In addition to her work as a real estate attorney, Ms. De Serpa has served on the board of several charities and non-profit organizations.
